How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Many apologies for the breakages that you have received in the past, it sounds like your box had a rougher than normal journey with the courier. When things like this happen we are always more than happy to replace or refund any damages that are received. I have had a look at your order history and can see no notes of any damages, please let us know as soon as you see anything like this in future (though I hope the couriers are more careful and you do not) and as I say we will be more than happy to ensure you are not left out of pocket. Kind regards Mark Perman Cater For You Ltd 01494511950
