Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

So glad to hear that the neighbours didn't spoil your overall enjoyment of the holiday at Casa Manolin. Many thanks for pointing out the issue though - we are talking to the owners (who are really very serious and responsive) to see what can be done over the off-season to improve the noise insulation between the two houses.

Further update - the owners have been good to their word and are currently improving the noise insulation in the upstairs bedroom (as well as refitting the downstairs bathroom and converting the bath into a shower). The person who was renting the next door house (who may have been part of the problem) has also now moved on and the owners and their family are using it again as a weekend / holiday home - so all in all we think the issue should be much improved!

The back bedroom hasn't been included in the inventory of the house for some years as it has an intrinsic issue with damp - for this reason although the house has three bedrooms we state the capacity as four people, we leave the door open and there's a dehumidifier in case anybody wants to use it but it's not really intended to be one of the main bedrooms - sorry if that wasn't clear. Sounds like you had a lovely time at the house anyway which we're delighted to hear!
