I'm truly sorry for the experience you've had, I completely understand how frustrating this must be. We've escalated your feedback to the courier to review the situation, as they've indicated two delivery attempts were made. That said, we fully appreciate your concern that you were home and did not request the item to be redirected to a pick-up point.
This is far from the level of service we expect for our customers, I have escalated your feedback to the depot in question and they will take it further internally.
Again, I am so sorry for any trouble caused. As a good will gesture I have sent you a voucher. I truly hope you will use it against your next order. I'm certain when you next shop with us you will not have the same issue.
