We have guidelines which every driver should follow, which includes the sweeping up of any vehicle debris, and we will look into why they were not followed on this occasion.
In regards to the lower price, this shouldn't have happened as the price we quote is the price we pay, as long as the vehicle conditions are met. If we need to offer a lower price, this will be discussed with the customer first, and they are always given the chance to accept or reject the offer.
