Overall very pleased.

Over all very pleased with the service at the store, staff were very helpful. Day of fitting went well, turned up on time. Shame the fitter damaged out newly painted staircase.

disgusting customer service

The customer service by the manager is appalling. we have written to CB, with no response to our complaint. we feel they are only interested in making the sle and not supporting their customers.

The last carpet you layed was excellent but the one before was the wrong carpet sent so had a long wait with no carpet but overall very pleased with service and will always come to you first.
