Lack of quality control.

Carpet damaged on delivery to home after being in the shop for weeks. Not checked. Replacement ordered. Six days later carpet fitted late evening. Fitters puzzled why it could not be fitted earlier...

Good Kitchen Will Last For Years.

The new fitted vinyl floor is the kitchen is excellent. A good job done by everybody. Looks pretty hard wearing as well.
