I have checked your delivery information and can see the car was signed for to say it was in a clean condition, if this is not the case please get in touch with the team and we will ask your supplying dealer to investigate the delivery information recorded with their logistics agent. The delivery agents are expected to offer a basic vehicle instruction handover, unfortunately they will be multi brand drivers with no extensive knowledge of particular vehicles. if you would like us to try and achieve you a full explanation of the cars workings, again please reach out and we will ask you local Retail site if they are able to help.
