We help connect older adults and family caregivers to senior care providers in their area -- but only when those individuals request more information about the providers listed on our website. We mention this process from the online "Contact this Provider" forms on our website (published in our public-facing Terms of Use and Privacy Policy), and we also mention it in consumers' phone calls with our family advisors. We've followed up with the family advisor who assisted you, and will explore what else we can do to help avoid this misunderstanding with others in the future.
