How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Roof tiles

Placed the order a couple of days prior to collection.As required stated collection time but when I went to collect order could not be found as was not therefore ready, only 5 tiles
