Our customer service operators are not required to talk to abusive customers that swear and abuse them, so they may have come off as "less than helpful". You booked the transport yourself online, and did not choose the delivery option, which is what we tried to explain to you when you became abusive.

Hi, looking at the email thread on your job, you were kept informed every step of the way, even when there was a few hour delay while we waited for the carrier to get back to us, we let you know that too.
Our tracking service is by email only, so if you called the booking office looking for tracking information, you would have been pointed to the email service.
