Thank you for your feedback. The problem with the refund of returns postage is that our current payment system does not allow us to send more money than we originally received, meaning that once we had refunded your order, we could not send any more funds. We still have on file your details for the credit note, and I apologise that we were unable to directly transfer you the money.
