Dear Mark. We are sorry to hear that your course was cancelled. We endeavor to never cancel, but inevitably and unfortunately it does happen for which we are sorry. We would like to arrange a date and venue suitable for you to sit the course. Please could you contact customer service or your store, for them to forward the Training Team your details / the name of the course / the stores you can attend and any dates you can’t join us. We will then arrange a date suitable for you and do our utmost for it to run.

Dear Gregg, We were sorry to hear you felt this way following the course. We do wish for all our customers to have a great training experience. The length of the course does vary as stated, ‘depending on knowledge and number of participants’. The course content was delivered as stated when purchasing the course, ‘a hands on practical workshop on training head (1 hair cut)’. The Educator aims to deliver the course to best suit everyone in the group regarding the style selected. Likewise when it comes to timings on the day, plus more experienced hairdressers will complete the course quicker. We value your feedback and do not like to see our customers dissatisfied. We would have liked the opportunity to run a more advanced and bespoke cutting course for you, hence offering in retrospect of your experience. We hope that the resolution we did come to is more suited and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to feedback to us.

Dear Nicola, Sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your experience of the course, due to requiring a kit. We try and keep our course prices affordable and give options for the kits, should some customers have some items already, to save on unnecessary expense. The kit also sets you up and leaves enough after the training day to offer the service to customers, to get a healthy return on your investment. In hindsight we could have seen what arrangements we could have made ahead of the day or offered you a later date for training, so you had everything you needed prior to the day of the practical. Sorry you felt uncomfortable regarding borrowing from the Trainer - the store and trainer aren’t equipped with spares for use on the training day only. Students will need the kit to take home and practice and then offer the TMC gel nails as a service following the course and so students use their own kit in their training and get familiar with the products and how to use them. Glad to hear that the store were able to give you a trial size to try at home and hope you enjoyed the course itself and took away with you a lifelong skill you can use in the future.
