Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry you feel dissatisfied with the service received. This is not a common experience and is not reflective of our usual service, given other reviews.

The stamp duty changes did as you state result in higher levels of work but at no stage were any clients“pushed to the back of the queue”. I do however acknowledge we could have been more pro-active in keeping you informed at the time.

With regards to document requests, lenders can be quite specific with regards to document validity periods and there are instances when documents become out of date/unacceptable. Requests for more recent documents can we appreciate feel like you’re being asked for them again and we regret this, if we were unclear.

We appreciate we have not met your expectations and take on board your comments in order to improve our service even further in the future.

The requests for duplicate documentation had nothing to do with the lender or out of date documents. It was categorically your back office.
