We are sorry you feel disappointed, as regards to the windscreen wash completely frozen, Canterbury has seen some extreme weather conditions this past 2 weeks with the windchill making it feel lke -7, We apologise for this. All our vehicles we sell leave us with a minimum of 6 months MOT which is spoken about at point of sale, any vehicle with under 6 months MOT will have a new MOT. This is company policy and the vehicle is priced accordingly. Just to clarify, there was no delivery charge, the £142.30 administration fee could be the charge you are referring too. We would only fill a tank as part of a negotiated deal( we would usually put £5-£10 fuel in a sold vehicle.)We are sorry you are disappointed with the service you have received, could we arrange for your vehicle to be re- valeted at a time that is convenient to you?
