Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry that your puppy has been experiencing diarrhea recently. We understand how distressing this must be. We would like to reassure you that the quality and safety of our products are thoroughly tested, and we also test all our recipes on our own dogs first before they are introduced to the public. We are aware however that in very rare cases some of our furry friends who are particularly sensitive can notice the natural variations when transitioning and we are very sorry that your puppy hasn’t been feeling his usual self. For extra reassurance, we are more than happy to arrange collection of some of the food that you have for testing to check that it is within specification.
