Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for the delay in despatching your order, unfortunately there was an extended lead time when back ordered from our supplier. Usually we keep this item in stock and therefore a normal estimated lead time is a reflection of this. I understand that the frustrations of the delay have been increased by UPS not being able to find your address, however once the parcel is returned to us we will despatch with a different courier on a next day delivery.
