We have reviewed your order which was generated straight from the quote you created on our website. It looks like the only change we made was on the quote, swapping a 10L bottle to the 1L size at your request - sorry if we did not confirm this to you at the time.

In regards to your particular order for custom made laboratory furniture, it looks like we received your initial enquiry in late September. We then quoted in mid October, but the order was not placed until early December, which meant that manufacture and shipping times were affected by the Christmas shutdown of the Kottermann factory. We did try to keep you informed during this process but we can understand your frustration at the delays.
