Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear your item arrived damaged and that you haven't heard from us. We have had a look for your last communication but couldn't seem to find a record of this after checking our sales inbox and our customer feedback log.
We do have more of the haemocytometers in stock and will arrange to send a replacement out today, this should be with you tomorrow.

Ordered items on 19th February it is now April the 5th and I still have not received them.

We can only apologise for the delay you have experienced in this instance. As your order contained hazardous goods it was held up and required extra documentation.
We have since prioritised your shipment which is now packed for delivery tomorrow with the dangerous goods note secured. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
