Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Damaged product and no response to email.

Damaged item delivered. I provided feedback on 12th March 16 and now at 5th Apr 16 there is still no reply.

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear your item arrived damaged and that you haven't heard from us. We have had a look for your last communication but couldn't seem to find a record of this after checking our sales inbox and our customer feedback log.

We do have more of the haemocytometers in stock and will arrange to send a replacement out today, this should be with you tomorrow.

Need to answer emails

Ordered items on 19th February it is now April the 5th and I still have not received them. Have sent emails asking where my order is but have not received a reply.

We can only apologise for the delay you have experienced in this instance. As your order contained hazardous goods it was held up and required extra documentation.
