Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Smaller packaging of reusable items please

We now have many many many syringes as you sell them in large packs. What should I do with them? They were for filtering water on a single job. 100 filters were needed but only 2 of the 60 syringes.

Hi there

Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with the stoppers

Looking at the sizes these should be the right size for the flasks you bought - they are meant to fit half way in, with some of the stopper sticking out at the top, so that they can be removed again easily and so they don't get sucked into the flask if it's heated.

Don't put lead times on net that cannot be met

On the website the delivery time was about 6 working days - after this I tried to contact via no reply, I eventually contacted them by phone., eventually the product arrived 14 days later.

We have looked at the estimated lead time and your'e right it was misleading. As we order once a week from this supplier it has been amended to reflect a more realistic delivery time of 14 days. Many thanks for leaving feedback and pointing that out so we could address it.
