I watch the tutorials on PB's school's website here and there, normally just dip in the couple of guest tutor's tutorials I'd purchased , here and there , as I need them, never had any problems ,...
I think the tutorials are good but in order to see how difficult and the processes behind the cakes, you have to buy a tutorial. I like to consider all the work involved and now I can't.
