As I have a hearing loss I struggled to follow parts of the filming. It would be great if subtitles could be added to the videos.

Sorry that our videos don''t carry subtitles. It is something that we've looked into, but the cost prevented us at that time. Certainly something I will raise again.

We have over 150 lessons in the free section at the moment and are always looking for opportunities to add to that. However, Paul´s priority is to ensure that he provides one new feature length course every week for the Premium and Pro members, otherwise there would be no money to fund the free area of the site.He does have a few recipes and small projects lined up for the free section and will definitely get around to them when time allows.Thank you for your feedback :-)

Thanks for your kind words and will certainly pass this onto Ken who would have dealt with the customer support emails. We are a small team with only 3 full time staff and when filming we are all in the studio, which is why we have chosen email over the phone. We always ensure that our emails are checked between shoots and have a max 12hr response time 365 days a year, which we are very proud of, but appreciate that some members prefer a phone call. The best bet in future would be to email the customer support desk with your number and ask for a call. That will allow someone to call you back when the cameras aren't rolling. Hope this helps :-)
