Would be 5 stars because there were no emails confirming order or despatch and I would like to know how and where is my order. Other than that, everything is ok and coffee is great.

Sorry that you felt you couldn't give 5 Stars at this time. We send a number email to our customers, Order Confirmation, processing confirmation, Order shipped and then you should receive an email from our Courier regarding delivery. It appears that in this case you didn't get any of the emails. The email address given to us may be wrong so I will email you directly to confirm. Apologies if it was out fault!
