Thank you for your review. For very hypersensitive skin, we do recommend test patching the products first just to be on the super safe side. There are no acids or harsh chemicals that can disrupt the skin's natural barrier, or any essential oils or fragrance, and the natural ingredients have known antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin-balancing properties. Hi Claire, really glad you're enjoying the Cleansing Oil and Facial Oil, and the beautiful organic, plant oils :) Re-useable Pumps are now available separately if you would prefer a pump method to dispense the oil. There is no water or any fillers or anything to dilute the integrity of the plant oils, so the Cleansing Oil is a concentrated blend meaning you typically need a lot less than many conventional products. Every drop is there for you, so 100% of your spend is going towards ingredients that care for your skin. You might enjoy the how-to videos linked in the How to Use Section too. Hope that helps 🤗💕
