once again you demonstrate in your reply, the reason's for me to rate your companies actions poor, along with the products. At every point of contact i have made with your representatives they take the easy option of throwing the ball back into the customers court, further wasting their time. My reasons for rating the service and products poor are as follows: 1 The couriers missed me once, not a couple of times as you stated in your reply. On phoning your couriers automated service, selecting the change of delivery address option and going through various procedures, i was told i would have to call 0844 824 0501. After all this i was informed that i would have to contact TFG to change the delivery address. I contacted you on the telephone number shown on the web site, after a lengthy period of time waiting, your representative informed me that the delivery address could be changed, but i would have to go through the procedure again and phone back the follwing day, as she was not working tomorrow. I was appalled by her attitude throughout the call and told her to cancel the order. The following Saturday, i received the order after being told previously by your courier and operative that a saturday delivery was not an option. 2 On receiving the order i had no free gift, originally i only wanted to purchase the bite alarms, but decided to increase the value of my order to receive the next free gift. upon returning to your web site i noticed that you have to select the free gift option on ordering, allthough this was quite clear the second time of looking i feel this is designed to catch people out. You should either suppy free gifts or not. 3 After opening the bite alarms it became apparent there were no instructions, i contacted Ceri Thomas via your web site and was told they were easy to work out and if i couldn't to phone for help, further wasting the customers time. After the 3rd reply i received written instruction, although not entirely accurate this should have been offered at the first time of asking. 4 Finnally the products. As you state the x-sense bite alarms are the flagship of the TFG range ? really, I wonder if they would be the flagship of the Delkim or Fox range. as to the 250Mt receiver range maybe 50mts. The x-tuff extreme sleeping bag, you state this ultra warm sleepig bag is the only answer to plummeting temperatures and icy cold weather conditions, What to remain cold! I realise i have probably further wasted my time to no avail, and will probably receive an additional inadequate reply requiring me to waste even more time.
