If you gently stretch and rub the leaders the coils should come out. If this doesn't work, please give our customer services team a call on 0871 911 7001 who will be happy to advise further.
The Bank Boss Chair is a very good product, all though there is a slight disign fault with the tripod arm, when two rods are set on the rests the front rest bar seems to twist over knocking your rods...
