After a long wait I received a broken item & the wrong free gift.Then after another wait I received the good item & the correct free gift which was a load of tat.I don't think much of Clifford James!

Our apologies for any incovenience caused. I can assure you that we were not processing your payment on purpose. We simply send the details onto the bank involved and then receive a basic yes or no as to whether it has been processed. The error we were getting back relates to incorrect digits being entered, and sadly out of our control.
