Sent wrong item

I ordered a black and white spotted umbrella and was sent a plain navy one. They did then rectify the situation but it arrived after I needed it for a special present which I gave to a friend late.

Not what I expected

The service was excellent. Unfortunately the slippers do not appear to be of the quality one would expect for the price. We'll see, but I suspect a trip to a shoe shop once Covid restrictions are...
