<p>EvoTears are a water-free, preservative-free eye drops which act to stabilise the tear film lipid layer, relieving symptoms associated with evaporative dry eye and meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD). </p> <p>Evaporative dry eyes are caused by an unstable or deficient lipid layer of the tear film (the top outer most layer) that affects almost 90% of dry eye patients.
