Firstly, thanks for the feedback. We are genuinely sorry about the delay. This was just after we’d relaunched our service and was one a f few cases with teething problems. I’m pleased to say you did eventually receive your order. Getting them to customers in a quick and efficient manner is our aim which is why our delivery options now include next day delivery, Saturday delivery AND a free UK standard delivery option for all orders. We hope you’ll give us another chance.
