How do we deal with fake reviews?

Unacceptably poor customer service

Very poor customer care, unable to track bags as promised in website. Not able to provide information, don't call back as promised or reply to e-mails as promised in website. Despite two 'phone calls...

We apologise for the slow communications. We had a sever update and the effect of the update meant our system didn't recognise a certain batch seal numbers. This has now been rectified and I will call you to run through the procedure so you can get your certificate. Regards your comments on no receipt on collection. There is an online confirmation, but as the system didn't recognise your seal number you couldn't see this. By you bringing this to our attention I think we can tighten up on this procedure with a paper receipt as well as an online receipt, my team will be looking into this tomorrow. Please accept my apologies again regards Mark Lane.
