I have already filled in a questionnaire regarding this trip
The organisation and the paper work from uk end was excellent. The trips arranged went well,but was slightly disappointed by the tour guides attitude at times.

A most enjoyable visit to the Outer Hebrides - even although it was March.
All arrangements were superb. Tour guide and driver both did their jobs very well and courteous. Hotels were comfortable and staff pleasant.

The staff was excellent, food was good, good service all around. Was a little disappointed with scenery but this was not Brightwaters fault. Excursions were very nice.
