That said, we’re very sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the optional experiences and the associated costs. We completely understand that these additional charges can add up, and your suggestion to incorporate more of these highlights such as the horse breeding tour and Musgrove House into the core itinerary is certainly valid. While many guests appreciate the flexibility of choosing activities that suit their personal interests, we recognise that there is a delicate balance to strike, and your feedback will help inform how we approach this in future planning. We also note your comment regarding alcohol being included at certain evening events. We’re sorry if this felt unfair, particularly for guests who abstain from drinking. Your point is well taken, and we will share this with our Product Team to explore whether alternative options can be better communicated or considered in future arrangements.
