Thank you for your comments following your stay at Nant Y Fin . We and the owners are very sorry that you did not enjoy your holiday. We do wish that you had brought your dissatisfaction to the attention of either ourselves or the owner as neither of us were aware that you were unhappy and that you decided to leave early. We would certainly have done our best to resolve the situation but cannot do so “after the event”. Once again I can only apologize that on this occasion the cottage failed to meet your expectations.
