"We thank you for your comments and are saddened that some elements of your visit did not meet your expectations. We are very proud of our 5 star cottage and constantly strive to both maintain and improve everything. This is a beautiful old cottage in a fabulous location. It’s a shame you didn’t let us know about the toaster which we have immediately replaced. We can assure you that the water situation is from a small spring, which we do need to address. The waste water from the sink goes directly into the drains. The age and charm of the property does restrict what adaptations we can make.
