Easy to book, well-priced, great communication - booking our cottage couldn't have been simpler and it was great to have lots of information before we arrived.
The people we spoke to were lovely however there is a strange policy where they won't release any of the cottage's details until you confirm the booking. This doesn't seem so bad on the face of it...
