Polite, courteous, professional, flexible and helpful. The booking was moved in these COVID-19 times as it was still possible at the time. This was hugely appreciated.

But we were taken aback by your comments, which were at odds with every other guest comment we have had. We take pride in the cleanliness of the cottage and of course we now follow all the protocols for cleanliness and disinfecting against the Covid virus. Both the people who prepare the cottage for guests have attended an online course on how to achieve maximum effectiveness. If we slipped up on this occasion we apologise and in future will stalk spiders with renewed vigilance."
