Easy to navigate the website, and the online booking process was a breeze. Good communication and information provided regarding check in and check out procedures, including COVID requirements.
Firstly, I want to make it clear that both our cottage and its owners were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

I am so terribly sorry I did not respond to your e-mail more fully or perhaps understand it as I should.I thought I had explained that of course if you were sadly due to family circumstance unable to come as you suggested we would be able to re-let the cottage and refund you.We also have all our Covid FAQ’s on the front page of the website.At BBHC we do usually pride ourselves on our personal approach to guests and their problems and I must apologise if I missed a second e-mail from you.Elizabeth

The house was brilliant- great location and we loved the outdoor space! The caretaker was especially helpful and always available to answer any questions we had 🙂
