Missing Support on phone line
It could have been 5 star if we could speak to anyone once we ring the main phone line. There are times as customer we need support in an instant specially when there's an urgency of the information...

Great system for smaller business too
Very good service for a small charity. Helps manage employee information and provides access via web for several users including line manager and HR representative with easy reporting tools

They could improve their service by replying to emails. Our HR manager is off sick and we have been enable to get onto the system for weeks and we can’t get a reply to emails we send!
