Regarding the beds, we’re surprised to hear they were described as rusty, as all our beds feature solid pine frames. We’d be grateful if you could clarify what specifically gave you this impression, as this would help us investigate further.
Concerning the heating, our radiators are fully adjustable and can be turned up or down to achieve your desired temperature. We regret that you experienced difficulties with temperature control during your stay. Had we been made aware of this issue, we would have been happy to assist you immediately. Please note that the radiator by the front door is a feeder radiator, which will naturally be cold when heating is off and warm when it’s on - this is normal operation for this type of system.
We’re sorry to hear that the stairs caused noise issues during your stay. This is the first time we’ve received this particular complaint, and we understand how disruptive this must have been, especially when traveling with a baby.
Regarding sleeping arrangements, our property is advertised as accommodating 6 guests with a twin bedroom, double bedroom, and sofa bed. The bedding for the sofa bed is stored in the monk’s bench in the lounge area, and we provide extra towels in the wardrobe (typically in the twin bedroom) to ensure all guests are comfortable. If you had difficulty working the mechanism of the sofa bed we would have been happy to assist had you made us aware.
As for cutlery, we do stock 6 of each item for our guests. We apologise if there was a shortage during your visit and would have been happy to address this immediately had we been notified.
We were pleased to deliver the cot and high chair as requested before your arrival, and we hope these items were helpful during your stay.
