The issues you’ve highlighted - including hairs, grease marks on appliances and handles, the sticky banister, and unwashed utensils - are absolutely not acceptable and do not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain. We take your feedback very seriously and have immediately addressed these concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure thorough cleaning protocols are followed. We’ve also implemented additional quality checks before guest arrivals to prevent similar issues in the future. We’re pleased to hear that you found the location peaceful with good parking and close to good beaches and Padstow. We are however sorry to read you were disappointed with the double mattress. Whilst we appreciate the firmness of a mattress is rather subjective – some like mattresses hard, others soft – we do strive for middle ground with medium firm in the hope that this appeals to the majority of guests. We appreciate you making us aware of the issues you had with the mattress at the sides and one of our senior managers will be inspecting the property you stayed in at a matter of priority to review the mattress.
