The issues you’ve highlighted - including hairs, grease marks on appliances and handles, the sticky banister, and unwashed utensils - are absolutely not acceptable and do not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain. We take your feedback very seriously and have immediately addressed these concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure thorough cleaning protocols are followed. We’ve also implemented additional quality checks before guest arrivals to prevent similar issues in the future.
