I have had a look at your account with us and i can see that you did call us to ask if we could amend your order , however we explained at the time that your item may have already been despatched from our warehouse and if this is the case we would be unable to amend the item. My colleague Paul tried to stop your parcel from being despatched, however it was too late and had already left us. We guarantee our Polyex pond liners for either 35 or 25 years, depending on which offer you choose to purchase. Our guarantee's are only valid if you purchase the liner with one of our Permalay or Polyfibrelay underlays, or if you already have an aquatic underlay of your own.
