Needs improving
Registered online classroom but had system failure 4 days in two weeks before exam. Utterly rubbish system and support. Too terrified to sign up for any further courses.

Horrendous - would avoid at all costs
Was mistreated throughout my studies. Took two months to set me up as a student, at which point they provided me with someone else's details (personal, at that). At the time it wasn't made clear...
