Utterly useless and morally bankrupt
The years relative pass rate says all you need to know. Remote education when in person was possible, complete disregard for students concerns, borderline gaslighting, a morally bankrupt institution...

I have paid too much for a course and asked to credit the amount on my account however this have never happened. If you are teaching so much about the ethics you should practice what you preach.
