Sadly, it seems your ability to be objective has been marred by your inability to read the delivery information before you placed the order. You placed the order after 1pm on Thursday. It was therefore processed on Friday and delivered on Monday, in line with our terms and conditions. If you had placed the order before 1pm on Thursday, it would have been delivered on Friday.

i'm sorry you didn't receive the boxes in time. sadly, we have a cut off time each day at 1pm so if you miss it and it's a Thursday/Friday when you order, the boxes may not arrive until Monday. i'm glad you managed to get sorted for your move.

Firstly I'm sorry the removal company ordered the wrong size on your behalf. Not good. I'm also sorry they misled you about delivery. If you order before 1pm (Mon-Fri), they are usually delivered next day. Unfortunately, this order was placed after 1pm on Thursday so it was processed on the Friday for delivery on the Monday. With regards to the damage in transit, not good either. Please let me know how many you were unable to use and I'll raise the appropriate refund.

Following up on our phone call a moment ago, it looks like you've received too many of the larger box and not enough of the medium box. Firstly, sincere apologies for the error. I've arranged for the missing items to be sent out to you asap. In way of compensation, please accept the additional larger boxes 'gratis'. Sorry too for the inconvenience.
