The firebrick I wanted and purchased was exactly the right size and fitted perfectly. Would be gappy to use this company again for Franco Belge spares.

We needed a part for our stove which wasn't listed on the parts list. We simply sent a photo and the lady in the office sourced what was wanted and despatched it promptly. Excellent service.

Good service

The correct part was sent to us, but on inspection we required another part not displayed on our exploded drawing. We carefully photographed the old part and sent it to Bowland Stoves, who correctly

Products were well wrapped and arrived on day they said.

We ended up not being able to buy from Bowland as despite their website indicating the product was available - it wasn't and so we had to have a refund

Excellent service- went out of their way to get and send parts I needed. All but one of the parts was available and they provided timescale for delivery of last part. Prompt delivery offered.
