Hi Ian,

We are really sorry to hear that your experience was not what any of us would have hoped on this occasion.

As explained it was an internal error based on a very well meaning member of staff trying to be efficient and not realising the knock on effects in terms of the automated dispatch email, which caused confusion. We have put processes in place to make sure this does not happen again.
