It's core service is good but let down how it handled being hacked
A good service overall although my review is tainted as i was very disappointed when they were hacked and how it was handled. Poor service from that point of view impacted very negatively on score....

Very good selection of games, even HD remasters fast delivery and good customer service as they helped my dad set up an account as he he had the same name and address... All around 5* service!

Not good enough :/(
It was ok until last week when I returned 2 games but have only received one back. I have sent them an email to explain this 2 days ago and am waiting a response and my second game.
