We offer the wait time indicators as a guide for all of our customers to help them in making their own choice as to which games to rent and the esitmated time of wait for the games.
For anytime customers are left waiting we award payback points which can be used to rent addiontal games, discount from purchases or saved up and put towards free rental months.
We review the wait times daily and this aids us in bringing down wait times.
New release games are available on the Unlimited and Priority package. The Priority package puts you a head in the queue for new release titles.

I'm sorry that you've had to raise some concerns about our service.
All of our game titles are stocked to demand and this can mean that titles on certain formats do not have as many copies in current circulation.
As we do not set time limits on how long customers can rent a game or have late fees, this can sometimes add to the wait time of a title with few copies in circulation. We offer the wait time indicators to customers as a guide to how long the wait will be but these timescales are subject to change. The wait time indicators can help customers decide in how to priorities their list and get the most from our service.
For anytime customers are left waiting for a game to despatch they receive payback points. These points can be used to rent additional games, discount from purchases and saved up for free rental months.
