I'm sorry to hear your card details were compromised.

 In February 2015 we changed our payment platform and moved all card datastorage to Sage Pay.

Sagepay are a Level 1 Compliant Payment Provider and so when details are heldby them, they are as secure as possible. We hold the last 4 digits only, andexpiry date for your card, for website administration, which is standardpractice.

This new platform and the additional security monitoring we have implemented,are part of our commitment to make renting and purchasing from Boomerang assecure as it possibly can be.

After this change our site and security was reviewed by a third party PCI QSA Companywho has certified us as PCI compliant.

Since this event at the start of 2015 we've had no other security concerns.

We give all customers estimated what times on popular titles and always review wait times daily. Any popular new release that has a long wait we will get more stock in to bring the wait time down.

We also offer advice on how to manage rental list and put yourself in the best postition to receive a new release game for release day.

I'm sorry that you'v had to raise concerns about or level of stock.

With all of our games we stock to customer demand and this means that with some smaller titles or less demanded consoles our level of stock might be much smaller than in comparison to major releases.

We carefully monitor requests before games release and do the same after release to see if we need to increase our stock level to bring down wait times for games.

We have recently increased our stock with regard to WIIU tites and are looking to do the same for 3DS.
